If scheduled before the move, these tours familiarize new employees and their families with neighborhoods, housing options, and schools while building confidence in navigating their new surroundings. We discuss commute options, healthcare, local attractions, lifestyle preferences, shopping, recreation, and cultural offerings, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about their new home. We also provide valuable local contacts and tips for a successful transition.

SCHOOLS

For families, we offer insights into Metro Detroit’s public, private, charter, and religious schools, covering early childhood to K-12 education. With school rankings from sources like Niche and GreatSchools, we help families find the right fit for their child’s academic needs and preferences.

We profile, schedule viewings, review and negotiate leases for new employees. We negotiate the best terms for them while going beyond listed rental availability. You can connect to us, and we will check rental availability on MLS and other resources that we use. We help with furniture rental if needed.
